My daughter is 12 weeks tomorrow and she just went through hers. She drools all the time too so my mom and I thought she might be teething, but she was acting hungry all the time as well. I just increased the amount I fed her and she was past it in a few days!!Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06294796004767249925noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1170116880352300881.post-20905278474848337382010-03-20T07:46:26.047-07:002010-03-20T07:46:26.047-07:00Yep, my son started teething at 4 months. Carolina did not cut her first tooth until THIRTEEN months!

Mushing up/cutting up food into miniscule pieces because your child, now more toddler than baby, wants to eat grown up food but still doesn't have teeth to chew it up is not so great either.

Nor is having her tell me "Momma...mouth...hurt" as her front teeth continue to pop up close to the two year mark. In the teething department I've noticed babies are easier to console than toddlers when it comes to the pain(my sisters' kids are also cutting teeth...at the average baby age).

I hope my next one cuts teeth at the average six month range. But if they have to be different, I would hope for a three monther! If that makes you feel at all reconciled to that possibility.Saranoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1170116880352300881.post-67428204801831797022010-03-19T16:17:49.443-07:002010-03-19T16:17:49.443-07:00Brayden started teething at around 3 months but it...Brayden started teething at around 3 months but it never popped through until 5 months or so. I had it after both my boys. It got worst around 12 weeks after the birth and then started to get better. It's because your stomach muscles haven't tightened right up yet so your back isn't getting support from your stomach - usually the two sets of muscles work together but after pregnancy your back has to do all the work while your stomach muscles recover. Plus you're toting around an extra burden (your baby) with your upper body, which doesn't help. Hang in there, I promise it gets better!Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09804247095770121647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1170116880352300881.post-58017697608479327262010-03-19T13:37:43.491-07:002010-03-19T13:37:43.491-07:00For our wedding, my sister had just had a baby so ...For our wedding, my sister had just had a baby so they made her order a size 8, because they swore she would need it. My sister is 4'11" and weighs 95 lbs soaking wet. They had to completely remake her dress. I'm sure yours will be the same way!

(Okay, it kind of sounds like I'm saying you're big now.
